Using Tosky

Tosky provides historical information and map-based content. The app requires an account created through Apple Sign-in to access its features.

Purchases

The app offers non-consumable in-app purchases to unlock regional content. These purchases:
• Are linked to the Apple ID account used at the time of purchase
• Are non-transferable between accounts
• Follow the standard refund policy of Apple
• Permanently unlock access to specific regional content

Account Usage

Each account is for individual use only. You agree not to:
• Share or transfer your account access
• Attempt to bypass region locks or access restrictions
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden it
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate historical information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content within the app. We are not responsible for:
• Any inaccuracies or errors in historical information
• Any potential hallucinations or misrepresentations in the content
• Any offense that might be taken from historical content
• Interpretation of historical events or cultural representations

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the service
• Share accounts or purchase access

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple and are subject to the refund policies and decisions described by Apple.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tosky and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Tosky after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
